My Philips Gogear Vibe 4G is frozen.

My MP3 player is frozen. After it has 20% of songs downloaded it is suddenly stuck.

You need to find something sharp and carefully press on the reset button located on the back of the device. Keep it pressed for a decent amount of time (30 seconds or more) and then let it restart. This is called a factory reset operation which will wipe all the data and content from your device, restoring the functionality.
