My Blackberry 8520's track pad has frozen. I need to reset the phone to factory settings without using the track pad. Any advise? Not too good with technology... :)
A hard reset involves physically removing the battery from the BlackBerry smartphone and then reinserting it. To perform a hard reset, complete the following steps:
Remove the battery cover from the back of the BlackBerry smartphone. Remove the battery, and then reinsert it after a few seconds. Replace the battery cover.
