Dear Sir/Madam,

I have "The Macmillan English Dictionary for advanced learners of American English",2006, version 1.1, ISBN 0333 96671 6, which was fully working on Windows XP. How does the Windows 7 read it? Is it possible? Does it have an upgraded or updated device in order to be read by Windows 7?

Faithfully yours,
Beatriz Reis

For this program to work on Windows 7, there are some steps you need to perform. If you have a Windows 7 32-bit installation (you can check this by right clicking on My Computer and then Properties), then you need to set compatibility to dictionary to Windows Vista, Service Pack 2 and the application will work just fine. If you have a 64-bit version of Windows 7, the company which released the product stated that the application will soon receive a fix that will restore functionality.
