Software Informer's client is the answer to this questions. The client works in Windows and Mac. If you want to update your product you will need to install your application then the client. Once you achieve this, you need to click on Refresh in client's main window and all the data will be submitted to S.I. servers. After update, your client will be updated with the latest version, then you need to register on the website and click on the Suggest a correction link and add the updated data for the software.
