Installation of Formpak CV-Contracer 2000

Due to some problem in operating system (Windows XP) we have formatted Windows and installed a fresh copy of Formpak Cv-Contarcer 2000 software using the Software CD provided by Mitutoyo. After successfully completion of software with HASP dongle following problem appeared:

M0004: the machine can’t be detected

We have installed & un-installed this software for several times, but the problem persists. So, we are having trouble fixing this problem.

The assistance we require is related to the installation of this software and its HASP drivers (Dongle).

Please, consult the manual on the installation CD for steps on how to properly install it. Also, in some cases the dongle requires Internet access for firmware updates or simple verification. In general, activation dongles are installed during the main installation of the software. You will be prompted to do so, but this is not a specific rule.
