I have been using BioEdit for a long time without major issues, but after changing my computer I have encountered some problems and would like to ask for help.

When installing the latest version (7.7.1), sequence copy and paste (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V) do not work. The same issue occurs with version 7.2.5.

When installing version 7.0.5.3, sequence copy and paste work properly, but FASTA files do not appear in File → Open inside BioEdit.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve these issues?
