Microsoft Vizact 2000 was a short-lived program designed to add interactivity to web pages. Unfortunately, it did not directly support exporting web animations to GIF files. If you want to convert animations created in Vizact to GIFs, you would need to use screen recording software to capture the animation and then convert the recorded video into a GIF using a video-to-GIF converter.
