A mobile picture is no different in any way than a normal picture. The problem is with BlackBerry devices which encrypt JPG files but other than that all mobile phones, no matter the brand and model, take picture in the standard JPG/PNG format which you can transfer on the computer using a USB cable or via the air using WiFi.
