My computer can't run the AHLB.dctx program. What is the problem?
It is rather unusual that the application is lacking some important package for its good functionality. That file is a format that the application can't understand because the lacking of Microsoft Office IME 2010 package. Please go to the download page and install that package. You will need to download it for your x86 or x64 architecture version. After this process, restart the computer for the changes to take effect and run the application again.
