Got a Sonox webcam but when loading the driver fro disc gives a message that it is already running, then locks up with an error message

At first it says preparing the InstallShiels Wizard, then it says another instance of this setup is running (can't find it anywhere), Then error comes up (-5004 : 0x80029c4a) and everything locks up.

Can you help?

Instead of trying the available installer, please take the manual way of installing its driver. Unplug your webcam then plug it back. A window will appear asking you how you want to proceed. Choose Install driver manually and point it to search the CD drive, then Windows will search the CD for driver files and it will install your webcam accordingly.
