How do you transfer the club data base to a new computer with ACBL Scoring Software?

I am not a Windows person so keep that in mind. I think I can get the Club data base on a thumb drive. We are going to Bridgemates for the first time, thus the new computer, etc. i need to know which file in ACBl Scoring to but the club data base.
