How to mode AOER to a new computer?

Back in 2010, I purchased AOER. I am currently on version 2.1 running under Windows 10. I am getting a new computer and have a few questions.

1. Can I port the program over to a new computer? Or do I have to re-purchase the program. Note: I still have the installation program from 2010 (aoerfull.exe)

2. Is there a registration code I need?

3. Will the program run under Windows 11?

• You can transfer the "Advanced Outlook Express Repair" (AOER) program to a new computer. If you still have the original installation program (aoerfull.exe) and a valid registration code, you should be able to install and activate the program on your new computer without needing to repurchase it.
