I cannot use NVivo 10 version on my computer now.

Dear Sir, I bought Nvivo 10 with full license key. I installed it on my computer and used it for years. However, I cannot use this version on my computer now. I reinstalled it from your system but it does not accept my license. If you could help with this situation, I would greatly appreciate it. I can share my license if you request. Kind regards,
