Plug-in Port Sipvolpsdk crashes over and over again.

I use the above program to make calls from the computer in order to work from home. I would like to find out how it's possible that my calls keep getting disconnected, people can't hear me or the program stops running, and I keep getting the above message? What could be the cause of this?

This is a software problem and it has nothing to do with your computer. If you manage to call and hear them, then the problem is with the software or the plug-in itself. I would recommend you to contact the developers of the plug-in and explain them the situation especially if you have a paid account. They will offer priority support.
