I can’t scan a QR code that was sent to me

I’ve been trying to add a camera via a QR code my parents have sent me, but there isn’t an option for me to scan. The app on all devices are up to date.

It is possible that the program EseeCloud does not have the option to scan QR codes. You may need to manually add the camera using another method provided by the app. Make sure to check the app's settings and user guide for instructions on how to add a camera without scanning a QR code.
