EPSON Scan OCR Component doesn't work

I tried to install and unistall OCR component before and after installing Epson Scan but nothing change.
During the OCR component installing everything seems ok (installation complete without warning) but I can't see anything that proves that something has been installed (no icon, no any folder with ocr label) even if the Epson Scan OCR Component is listed as installed in the Control Panel-> Programs.
In any case is there an order of installation? Should be installed Epson Scan before the Ocr component? Is there any way to set some option in Epson Scan to force using Ocr component?

The order of installation should not matter. You can try reinstalling both Epson Scan and the OCR component to see if that resolves the issue. Additionally, you can check the settings in Epson Scan to ensure that it is set to use the OCR component.
