Thank you Saumya, I downloaded and installed the two distinct product "EPSON Scan (v3.2b)" and "EPSON Scan OCR Component (v3.00.05)" but when I run "Epson Scan" software I can't see any option labeled "OCR" or "Text Recognition".
It seems like there may be an issue with the installation of the OCR component. I recommend checking the software settings or contacting Epson support for further assistance.
