Creating an employee payment database

Do you have remote desktop training?
I had created a database by your Brilliant database long time ago.
Now i have to create another one but this is totally different.

I would like to get training on this one.

Thanks for responding me.
I have downloaded Professional v10.5 and tried to install it windows 10 but its failed due to security issue.

2nd i would like to change my existing license for V9 installed in my windows 10, when i try to purchase new license, it won't go ahead due to security issue as well.

Please let me know how to solve these issues!
