Samsung, being one of the largest Korean technology companies who makes smartphones, is about to sell its OfficeServ unit to Avaya, an independent technology company in the United States that provides digital communications products and services.
The technology maker didn't say how much it got from the sale. Samsung now plans to be focused on the smartphone business instead, and the alliance between the two companies of Avaya and Samsung said on Yesterday.
