Imported video file not playing sound

When i create a new media source and import a .mp4 video file, I cant get the existing audio to play with the video

It is possible that there may be an issue with the settings or configuration of SplitCam. Ensure that the audio settings in SplitCam are correctly configured to play the imported video file's audio. Additionally, check if the video file itself has audio and it is not muted or inaudible.
