i cant find the windows version of folder plus usb

When i try to download Folder Plus USB, i either get the mac version or something called 'PC App Store'. 'PC App Store' does appear in the Windows 11 Start menu. If I click on it, nothing happens. If I right click on it and select 'open the File Location', it shows up as an invalid short cut
