I receive the arithmetic overflow error when the program starts.

Question

I receive "Error FFFFFFFF" when I want to start the FP software for the first time.
There is also another message: arithmetic overflow. My installed Windows is the latest - Windows 8.

This is a common error often encountered when the application is not entirely compatible with the operating system where it's launched. Check for a newer version of the software you want to run or look for an update to fix this problem. There is nothing you can do about this issue except re-installing and updating to the main program in order to make it work.
