My system is using Windows 7 32-bit. My webcam Chicony USB 2.0 was not working with with Windows 7 32-bit, whereas it was working fine with Windows XP before upgrade. By mistake, I updated the webcam to CKF 7010 for Windows 7 64-bit. I want to revert back to Windows 7 32-bit. How should I do it?

While the webcam is attached to the computer, please open Start > Run > type devmgmt.msc and locate the webcam. To revert back to the generic driver used in Windows 7 32-bit, please right click the component and choose Properties, then navigate to Driver tab click on Roll Back Driver. Restart your computer and Windows will automatically install the generic drivers. Also, if you feel that those drivers are not good, please perform a Windows Update while the webcam is attached so it recognizes it. If found, Windows will download corresponding drivers.
