TATA Photon Whiz is a USB device which is plugged into a USB port of your computer. Once you insert the dongle into the port, the device will automatically install the corresponding software. If this is not happening try browsing manually from My Computer. You will see it as a partition drive. Just double click it and follow the on-screen instructions. A computer restart might be necessary for the whole process to complete, then start the application and you will have Internet access with the ability to call from your computer using this dongle.
