Unicode character support in CHM format?

Could you, please, answer how to create Unicode character support in HelpNDoc in CHM format? Inside page works fine but tree & child shows ???? characters. Your help is appreciated.

HelpNDoc displays all UNICODE fonts and formats but the problem is with the CHM file format. Even if you compile the document, you will still need to use Microsoft CHM Toolkit to export it properly that narrows down compatibility with Unicode because of the limited support for the CHM format.
