There are two ways you can get TV on your PC. One is by using a PCI card along with a cable subscription from the local cable company and another way is to use SopCast to watch streaming TV Channels. Once installed the application will list all the available streaming channels you can watch. A good bandwidth is required for good image and audio quality.
