I have an AEQ 4MSstation connected to Forum Ip Digital Mixer. It has always worked correctly but since this morning we cannot play anything. We can put tracks on the virtual machines but when we press play they don’t reproduce. They show us the duration of the track, we can even move to the second of the track that we want and it show us the loudness on the vumeters but it still doesn’t work.
We have tried to record the program of the forum like we always have but it doesn’t record anything, it creates the Clip with the duration we want but the vumeters does not move on the AEQ audio plus software.
It seems like there is no connection between the AEQ Audio plus and de the mixer but we have tried to active the fader Audio plus on the virtual machines and this does work. Even though it doesn’t play, when we move the fader on the mixer the software move to play mode. Because of this we understand that they are connected.
Can you help us with this problem?
