When someone chooses the option "repair phone" from the tools its being performed a factory reset (hard reset) and a software Update as well (Update Service is being involved with that) or its being reinstalled the same software if not available a new one,and all the internal memory of the mobile phone (including present and deleted data) are being overwritten am I right?
