Where is the download button for "AccuWeather Stratus"?

Can't find the right download button for the AccuWeather.com Stratus. There are loads of other buttons on the website for stuff I don't want, but no link to download that desktop clock. Can't find it on the AccuWeather website either.

The product has been discontinued and now there's only a product named AccuWeather that is available for Windows 8 as a widget/application.
