I had to reinstall windows. I downloaded Efficient Reminder free but it will not open my backed up files saying they are invalid.
It seems that the backup files (.erfw) are not compatible with the reinstalled version of Efficient Reminder Free. You may need to contact the software's support team for assistance in opening your backup files or finding a solution to this issue.
