Yes, you can change the font size in Family Tree Builder. To do so, go to the "Tools" menu, select "Options," then choose the "Fonts" tab. From there, you can adjust the font size to your preference.
There is no fonts tab under options. I had actually already gone to tools, then options, and found nothing helpful.
