stop working on my Mac

I purchased this app in 2019 on my old Mac. I got a new Mac and it now does not work my os Ventura 13.4.1
And I have tried to re load it from my App Store and the App Store says is in development.
I have also tried to resown load it from here and apple will not let me use it. It say you are a unknown developer

It seems like the Color Splash Pro app may not be compatible with the user's current operating system. They should contact the app developer for support or consider using a different photo editing software.
