NEED HELP WITH LOST INVOICES AND QUOTATIONS

HELLO SIR,
I PURHASED INSTANT INVOICE AN CASH BOOK A LONG TIME AGO WHICH WAS AN EARLIER VERSION I THEN UPDATED TO A LATER VERSION WHICH IS 10.
SOMEWHERE ALONG THE LINE I HAVE LOST ALMOST 2 MONTHS OF INVOICES AND QUOTATIONS AND NO I DONT HAVE A KEY AS I LOST THAT A LONG TIME AGO.
THE LAST BACK UP SHOWING IS 24TH APRIL 2023 ANYTHING AFTER THAT IS GONE
WHEN I GO TO THE HELP PART WITHIN THE PROGRAMME IT TELLS ME THAT THE ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED. I CANNOT GET INTO THE EZYSOFT WEBSITE EITHER .
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

It is recommended to contact EzySoft support for assistance with lost invoices and quotations and to try to retrieve a key. If the account is suspended, there may be a need to reactivate it or create a new account. It is also advised to regularly backup important data to prevent losing information in future cases.
