Can't open on Mac

Question

When I try to open I get the following message:
“XNJB” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified.
macOS cannot verify that this app is free from malware.
Then I only have the option to Move to Trash or Cancel.

I downloaded from from CNet and MacInformer which should be good sites.
