Why does my Windows Vista computer keep switching off at start up? It takes about 3 presses on the blue button to get it to System Restore, then it goes OK

Why does my Windows Vista computer keep switching off at start up? It takes about 3 presses on the blue button to get it to System Restore, then it goes OK.

Please check the BIOS boot settings for your devices. Also try to set the configuration options to Fail-Safe. If it happens again, you will need to verify the motherboard because it seems you have faulty hardware or the power unite needs to be replaced.
