I've had this for years, including up until a couple of weeks ago. Available via the dropdown Keyboard menu on my iMac 24. Now it has disappeared. I downloaded and installed it again, but it is nowhere to be seen.
Try restarting your computer and see if the IPA Palette appears again. If not, try reaching out to the IPA Manager support team for further assistance.
