How to export the film without a watermark in Win Movie Maker Full Version & Effects Store ?

10 days ago, I received the order confirmation the same day and now I have been waiting to be able to export the film without a watermark. How come?

Hello, On May 2, I paid the required amount to use the program Win Movie Maker (see attachment) without water mark. It's been almost a month, nothing happened and I can't finish the work that I spent a lot of time on. On the page https://www.videowinsoft.com/contact.html You have a written guarantee that you will respond within two (2!) working days.
Since you didn't enable me to use the program without the watermark, I'm asking for my money back.

Now you plan to take an extra third from my account every month?
I have already complained about the first payment, now I am also demanding this installment back, so you owe me 11.52+37.09=48.61 EUR, for the July installment I will forbid the bank from paying.
