How to export the film without a watermark in Win Movie Maker Full Version & Effects Store ?

Thanks for the quick reply, but I'm still not clear on something: where can I find the email address for "software provider customer support"? I already wrote to "support" ( [email protected] ) three times and never received a reply.

Since you didn't send me the program without the watermark, I asked for the first payment back!
Now you plan to take an extra third from my account every month?
I have already complained about the first payment, now I am also demanding this installment back, so you owe me 11.52+37.09=48.61 EUR, for the July installment I will forbid the bank from paying.
I'm so furious!
