I installed a new mac with newer os, and WDSmarware doesn't work; I downloaded updater and it said I need to unlock drive but I dont know how.

To unlock the drive in WD SmartWare, you can go to the settings and select "Security" where you will have the option to "Unlock Drive". You may need to enter a password if you have previously set one up.
