Database did not install correctly

Installing TruVision Navigator on Windows 11 laptop to read video files and get "The database did not install correctly. Please verify that the following files do not exist in the Microsoft SQL server directory:TruNav40.mdf and TruNav40.ldf. Install will now abort"
