Do Taxi arrows dissapear in this version?

I own V3.1 of this airport also by SCANSIM; I purchased it in 2012. I now have the issue that the Yellow taxi arrows dissapear while taxiing to rwy 4L...Just before the highway tunnel

It is unclear if the taxi arrows disappear in the new version of the program. The user may want to contact SCANSIM for technical support.
