Actually it will work. All you need to do is select printkey from the hidden icons tray if loaded ,have what you want open on the screen and then right click printkey to open it's menu and then select "open" the screen will open to give you the rectangle to crop you picture it that is how you have it set. Yes it will not work with the "printkey" from the keyboard but it still works to allow you to save a screenshot. i have used this program since 1999 and was not about to give up on it just yet without a fight.
