Timeproof screenshot not working. How to fix it?

Hello, I am using Timeproof and I noticed that all the captured screenshots are like broken and cannot be shown, how to fix this?

Also I have 2 clients, can I work on both of them using different computers to logged the time.

Ex.
Client 1 timeproof on PC1

Client 2 timeproof on PC2

PLease help me!

To fix the issue with the screenshot, try restarting the program and your computer. If the issue persists, contact the customer support team for further assistance. You can use different computers to log the time for each client, but you will need to use the same account for both.
