Why is my Time Rendered on Timeproof is not reflected to my Calendar and no screenshots also?

I tried uninstalling and installing the App, but it still the same. When I click "Start Work" it seems fine but when I checked it to my Calendar in the following days, it was not reflected. What is wrong with this?

Same issue here. I already tried to reach out to OLJ Support, they asked me to uninstall and install the Timeproof version they sent. I did everything they told me, but it didn't solve the issue. They gave up, said they didn't have a resolution for the said issue and recommended using a different time tracker instead.
