CreataCard Gold 3 doesn't work after reinstallation

I have a Windows XP notebook that could run CreataCard Gold 3, but after the reinstallation of the operating system it does not. "wowexec.exe" is the cause. Is there a fix or do I need to upgrade to a newer version?

Gold 3 is known to work in Windows 7 using the Windows XP Mode that is available for Windows 7. Users reported that they could install and run CreataCard Gold 3 using this method.
