I am unable to download program as account suspended message keeps coming up. Help?

I have tried to download this program but the "account suspended" message keeps coming up. I have looked at my antivirus etc but cannot see any reason why I am not able to download. I have managed to download a free version - don't know how I did it??- which runs out in 4 days and I am not even able to purchase it, sign up for newsletter etc. I have to get this one for work - please help. What can I do to get this program?

Hey I don't really have an answer for you but mine has done the same thing. I've tried emailing their sales department but no response yet.

Same thing here. I've used this program for a long time - 9 years - and all of the sudden, it just stopped working last week. All downloads lead to the "account is suspended" page. Seems they may have gone out of business? Not sure, but I am scrambling for another solution. I purchased a program called GearCount but it's not as user friendly. Any other recommendations for an alternative are welcome.
