How to read the purchased ebooks?

I cannot read the purchased ebooks because ADE writes me that I have exceeded the number of accesses. unfortunately, the old pc where it was installed has been scrapped.
There is no direct contact where you can ask for ID reset, you cannot see the devices using ADE to remove those that are no longer existing. Purchased books are no longer readable.

Unfortunately, it appears that there is no way to reset the ID and access the purchased ebooks in Adobe Digital Editions.
