How to create a bit font that support Vietnamese?

Is this possible? If yes please tell me how to do it

It is possible to create a bit font that supports Vietnamese using BitFontCreator Grayscale. To do this, open the program and select the "Font" menu. Then, select "Character Set" and choose "Vietnamese". After that, select "Save As" and choose the desired file format. Finally, click "Save" to save the font file.
