Camtasia Studio 7 problem when i trying to select 'Produce and share' option and close this application in Windows 10. How can I solve this?

I am using Camtasia Studio 7 on Windows 10 but .Net Framework 3.5 is missing this component to have been installed, when i try to select 'Produce and share' option but the menu is disabled, once again, when i try to close this application but it greyed out. How can i solve this?
