How to get the latest version?

I am with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Secretary of State's office. We own a licensed copy of the EMC PixTool's library, but it is proving problematic on various Windows 10 computers. I'd like to build instances of our applications with the latest version of this library to see if that proves more reliable.

The latest version of the EMC PixTools library can be downloaded from the official EMC website.
